How Can I Receive Damaged Products?
Screen Path: WMS>Mobile>Receipt Operations>Mobile-Receipt
To receive an item as damaged, you need to go Mobile-Receipt screen.
To start the process you need to scan the barcode of Purchase Order (PO) and Receiving Location, then click the ‘Units’ button.
At the second tab, you need to scan the barcode product which you want to receive and enter the package type – quantity details manually, then click the ‘Dmg’ button.
In this tab, you can choose the suitability, quarantine reasons of the item or both of them, you can also add a photo of the damaged item. Then click the ‘Next’ icon.
Finally, the status of the item will be displayed on the screen. Click the ‘Conf’ button to complete the process.
