Location Picking Constraints

Screen Path: WMS> Setup> Location Setup> Location

Location picking constraints are to assign a replenishment type to the location.

Adding a Picking Constraints

First, the desired Location is selected and then the Picking Const tab is clicked.

Then the New button is clicked

The following screen will be displayed:

Picking Constraints Info

  Inventory Item    The item to be replenished
  Package Type    The package type of the item
  Vendor    The supplier of the item
  Lot No.    The Lot. No. of the item
  Production Date    The production date of the item to be replenished
  Expiration Date    The expiration date of the item to be replenished
  Reference No.    The reference No. of the item to be replenished

 

After the following fields are filled the Save Button is clicked.

Changing a Picking Constraints

To change a Picking Constraints of a location, the desired location is selected first and then the Picking Const tab is clicked.

Then the Search button is clicked and the desired pack capacity is selected.

 

Location 21 Logiwa WMS

 

Now the Edit button is clicked to change the Pack Capacity information.

After editing the information the Save button is clicked.

Deleting a Picking Constraints

To delete a Picking Constraints of a location, the desired location is selected first and then the Picking Const tab is clicked.

Then the Search button is clicked and the desired pack capacity is selected.

 

Location 21 Logiwa WMS

 

Now the Delete button is clicked to delete the Pack Capacity information.

Then a warning message will be shown.

 

Organization - Logiwa WMS

 

If OK button is clicked, the pallet capacity record will be deleted.
