Key Words Explanation

Organization

An organization can be through the following relations a vendor, client and/or customer.

Customer

A Customer is a relation that refers to the status of a purchaser for an organization.

Example:

Cheesers is a customer for a milk-producing company because Cheesers purchases its raw material, milk, from another organization.

Client

A Client is a relation that refers to the status of owning a product or group of products for an organization.

Example:

Cheesers own its products in a supermarket, which makes Cheesers a client to the supermarket.

Vendor

A Vendor is a relation that refers to the status of supplying other organization with a product or group of products

Example:

Cheesers supply a Restaurant downtown with different kind of cheese, which makes Cheesers a vendor to the restaurant  

Organization’s Description

The Organization may be a vendor, client and/or customer. The organization also is a basic part of the platform.

The user can execute below-mentioned functions by clicking on Organization option.

 

Organization’s Fields Description

  Code                               The name of the organization
  Description    Information about the organization
  Tax Office    The area this Organization is responsible for
  Tax Code    A Unique financial code of the Organization
  Website    The Organization’s Website
  Active (True/False)    The Organization’s Status
  Vendor (True/False)    Does the Organization acts as a Vendor?
  Client(True, False)    Does the Organization acts as a Client?
  Blacklist Reason    Assigning the following organization to a blacklist category already defined
