Why my inventory is not synced with Shopify?

Screen Path: WMS>Reports>Inventory Reports>Inventory Reports>Listing Inventory Report

First of all make sure that you have inventory. Go to Listing Inventory Report screen and check your available stock Quantity.

How Can I see my total inventory including the 0 inventory items?

Screen Path: WMS>Reports>Inventory Reports>Listing Inventory Report

To see the total inventory including the items with zero inventory, you need to follow the pathway given in the title above. Here you will find the chance of observing each item with its total quantity.

You can also use ‘Out Of Stock’ filter to see only zero inventory items

Can I Upload Documents to my Shipment Order?

Screen Path: WMS>Order Management>Shipment Order

In Logiwa, to upload documents to your shipment order, you need to go into the shipment order that you want to upload documents to, then you need to press the upload documents button at the top.

You can upload documents in these formats : .jpg,.jpeg,.png,.pdf,.doc,.docx,.xls,.xlsx,.csv,.txt

You can upload multiple documents.

Then you need to browse your computer for the file that you want to upload. Then press Open button. Your document will be uploaded.

To download a document you need to press the download button at the top.

How Can I Remove Damaged Items from My Inventory?

Screen Path: WMS>Mobile>Count Operations>Instant Count

In Logiwa, to remove damaged items from your inventory, you need to perform a count operation. You need to navigate to WMS>Mobile>Instant Count.

You can either remove the whole inventory on the damaged location or, if you want to remove partial inventory, you can transfer the damaged inventory to an empty location with the ‘Put Away’ screen, then you can perform a count operation at that location and remove the inventory.

 

You need to scan the location that you want to remove the damaged items.

On the following screen you need to use “No LP” button, since you will remove whole inventory on this location

Actual Item Count: The number of items in the location

Lost LP: The LPs have not been counted.

Lost Qty: The quantity that have not been counted.

Excess Qty: The excessive quantity in the location

 

Complete Button: If you completed the count press this button and an administrator can review and approve the result

Update Button: If you completed the count operation and you have the administrative rights you can update the quantity and the system will replace the quantity that you have provided with the quantity in the system.

Cancel Button: If you are not sure about the result you can press the ‘Cancel’ button.

How to zero out the inventory of a location?

Screen Path: WMS>Mobile>Count Operations>Instant Count

In Logiwa, to zero out the inventory, you need to perform a Count Operation. You need to navigate to WMS>Mobile>Instant Count.

You need to scan the location that you want to zero out.

How To Adjust Inventory

Screen Path: WMS>Mobile>Count Operations>Instant Count

In Logiwa, to adjust the inventory, you need to perform a Count Operation. You need to navigate to WMS>Mobile>Instant Count.


You need to scan the location in which you want to adjust inventory.

On the following screen you need to scan the Pallet (LP) that you want to adjust inventory, if there is no Pallet (LP) in the location you can skip this step by clicking “No LP” button.

On the next screen, you need to scan the item barcode that you want to adjust and press ‘Conf’ button. To adjust an inventory you need to count all the inventory in the specified location, it is not possible to adjust the quantity of only 1 item. After you complete adjusting the inventory press ‘Result’ button.

How Do I Check Received Quantities?

Screen Path 1: WMS>Reports>Receipt Reports>Receipt Report 

Screen Path 2: WMS>Reports>Receipt Reports>Compare Receipt by PO

 

You can check received quantities in 2 ways either from Receipt Report or from Compare Receipt by PO screen.

To check from Receipt Report screen perform your search on the first screen

How Do I SetUp My Stores In Logiwa?

Screen Path: Entity>Store Management

To setup your carriers go to the store management screen.

Select your client and warehouse then press Start Setup button.

On the next screen select the store that you want to set up. Fill in the store credentials then press the save button.

The use of the options at the right side is explained below;

If stock levels change in Logiwa, should this store be updated?: This updates the store inventory to show the inventory on Logiwa, be careful when using this option if you do not  have inventory on Logiwa this option will update the store inventory as 0 on store inventory

Is Use Partial Listing?:  If you want to ship the items which already exist on Logiwa you can use this feature. If you want to get all the items that are not existing on Logiwa, don’t use this option.

Is Use Partial Shipment?:  For example, If you have an order with items  A B and C  on Shopify, however you only have the item A and B on Logiwa as master data you can receive the order without the item C

When an order is shipped in Logiwa, update my store and mark the order as ‘shipped’?: This sends the shipment info to Shopify.

Is Use SKU as Item Code?: To use the SKU as item code in Shopify you need to turn the option on

Do Not Update Order When Started?: This prevents the order to be updated during the process.

How Often My Data is synced with my Store?

  • Shipment Feed
