How Do I Check Why My Orders are not downloaded to Logiwa?

To check why your orders are not downloaded to Logiwa, you need to go to WMS>Reports>Integration Reports>Integration Log Tracking screen. You can search with Channel filter to narrow your results with the orders that you are having problems

On the following screen where your orders’ integration status is displayed, you can see if the integration is succesful or not.

Referance code stands for SKU in get items and sync inventory operations, it stands for Order Code in Get Orders and Send Shipment info operations.

Please check the error message on this page to see the reason for not downloading.

Why do I get ‘Check Inventory’ status on Orders?

Screen Path: WMS>Operations>Order Operations

In Logiwa there are 5 possible reasons of getting the Check Inventory status on orders;

1-There is no inventory

The out of stock inventory can be tracked from WMS>Reports>Inventory Reports>Listing Inventory Report.

2) The Location of the inventory might be Locked

The Locked status of a location can be viewed from WMS>Setup>Location>Location Setup screen

If your location is locked, then you can unlock it from that screen.

3) The location might not be a Picking Location

If Location Picking type is ‘No Picking’, no inventory can be allocated from there. You can change picking type to ‘Picking’ from location screen.

4)There might be no free inventory

You can track the free inventory quantity from WMS>Reports>Inventory Reports>Inventory Report

Free inventory means the inventory which is not allocated, during allocation system checks Free Quantity.

5) The inventory might be damaged

If the inventory is damaged, it can not be allocated for customer orders. You can track damaged inventory from WMS>Reports>Inventory Reports>Inventory Report. Damaged inventory can be checked from Quarantine and Suitability fields.

How To Adjust Inventory

Screen Path: WMS>Mobile>Count Operations>Instant Count

In Logiwa, to adjust the inventory, you need to perform a Count Operation. You need to navigate to WMS>Mobile>Instant Count.


You need to scan the location in which you want to adjust inventory.

On the following screen you need to scan the Pallet (LP) that you want to adjust inventory, if there is no Pallet (LP) in the location you can skip this step by clicking “No LP” button.

On the next screen, you need to scan the item barcode that you want to adjust and press ‘Conf’ button. To adjust an inventory you need to count all the inventory in the specified location, it is not possible to adjust the quantity of only 1 item. After you complete adjusting the inventory press ‘Result’ button.

If you close the screen without using the buttons, the location will be locked, to unlock it you need to go to locations page.

Actual LP Count: The number of LPs in the location

Actual Item Count: The number of items in the location

Lost LP: The LPs have not been counted.

Lost Qty: The quantity that have not been counted.

Excess Qty: The excessive quantity in the location

Complete Button: If you completed the count press this button and an administrator can review and approve the result

Update Button: If you completed the count operation and you have the administrative rights you can update the quantity and the system will replace the quantity that you have provided with the quantity in the system.

Cancel Button: If you are not sure about the result you can press the ‘Cancel’ button.

How do I See Inventory Level In Logiwa?

You can check inventory level from Consolidated Inventory Report

Total Inventory: Total Inventory Quantity

Available Quantity: Free Quantity – Damaged Quantity

Damaged/Unsuitable Inv: Damaged Quantity

How Can I Close A Bin/Location To Sales?

Screen Path: WMS>Setup>Location Setup>Location

 

To close a bin/location to sales you need to select a location which is created before.

To create a safety stock level, you need to go to item setup screen.

How Do I Setup My Warehouse Locations?

Screen Path: WMS > Setup > Location Setup > Location

 

There are 2 ways to create warehouse locations;

  1. Manual entry through User Interface
  2. Import warehouse location from Excel

 

Manual Entry Through User Interface

To create a location go to Location screen click new button Location 37 Location WMS.

On the next screen fill in the form and click save button.Location 38 Location WMS

Import Warehouse Location from Excel.

To create a Warehouse Location by Excel import go to the location screen, download the excel template by pressing the button at the bottom of the screen

After downloading the template, fill in the form and import the file by import purchase order from Excel button, then the location will be created.

Kit Items

Kit Items

A kit is a set of items that make up a single product. Example: Bedroom set.

Creating a Purchase Order’s Kit Item Record

To assign a kit item to a Purchase Order, the desired purchase order is selected, Kit Items tab is opened and New button is clicked.

Purchase Item, Item, and CU Quantity fields must be filled in.

Then the Save button is clicked and the transaction is completed.

 

Changing a Purchase Order’s Kit Item Record

To change a Purchase Order’s Kit Item’s record information, the desired Purchase Order record is selected and the Kit Items tab is opened and the desired record is selected.

Then the Edit button is clicked.

The desired information is changed and Save button is clicked.

 

Deleting a Purchase Order’s Kit Item Record

To delete a Purchase Order’s Kit Item record, the desired Purchase Order record is selected and the Kit Items tab is opened and the desired record is selected.

After the purchase order item is selected, Delete button is clicked.

After Delete button is clicked, this warning message is displayed:
