Why my shipping labels print blurry?

Make sure the DPI set in Settings > Printing > Printing Setup > Document Options matches the DPI configured in either CUPS (Mac) or Printer Preferences (Windows).

For alignment issues, please try to calibrate your printer.

If the issue continues:

Please check your printer preferences and make sure the media size is correct.

Remove any margin values.

Disable User printer settings in the Advanced Setup tab.

Increase the darkness option (this can be a trial & error process).

Adjust dithering settings (this can be a trial & error process).

Slow down printer speed (if labels print only partially, this could be the culprit!)

Can I Upload Documents to my Shipment Order?

Screen Path: WMS>Order Management>Shipment Order

In Logiwa, to upload documents to your shipment order, you need to go into the shipment order that you want to upload documents to, then you need to press the upload documents button at the top.

You can upload documents in these formats : .jpg,.jpeg,.png,.pdf,.doc,.docx,.xls,.xlsx,.csv,.txt

You can upload multiple documents.

Then you need to browse your computer for the file that you want to upload. Then press Open button. Your document will be uploaded.

To download a document you need to press the download button at the top.

Then a screen will pop up displaying the documents uploaded for this shipment order.

How Do I Import My Orders?

Screen Path: WMS>Order Management>Shipment Order

To import your orders go to the Shipment order screen;

Click the import Shipment order from Excel template button which is located at the bottom.

Download the excel template and import the template back using the import shipment order button.

How Do I Delete An Order?

Screen Path: WMS>Order Management>Shipment Order

To delete an order, you need to go Shipment Order screen.

Click the order which you want to delete and click the ‘Delete’ button.

  • Cancelled

Statuses cannot be deleted.

How Can I Create A Return Label?

Screen Path: WMS>Order Management>Shipment Order

To create a return label, go to Shipment Order screen.

Select the order and click the ‘Get Rate and Set Package Detail’ button.

In this pop-up menu, fill the necessary fields and be sure to click “Is Return?” parameter. Then click the Get Rates button.

And click the “Get Label(s)” button in the new pop-up.

How Can I Change A Customer Address?

Screen Path: Entity>Organization

Screen Path: Entity>Shipment Order

 

To change a customer address in Logiwa, go to Organization screen.

Select the related organization for the customer, then click the Address tab.

Click the Edit button then make the changes to customer address.

After all the changes are done, click the Save button then your process is completed.

For the second option, go to Shipment Order screen.

In this screen, you can change a customer address which is related to any order in your system. Select the order and click the Edit button.

To change a customer address, you have to click the underlined  ‘customer’ word on the screen.

The pop-up will appear. In this pop-up, make the intended changes and click the ‘OK’ button. Then your process is completed.

How Can I Reprint Carrier Labels?

Screen Path: WMS>Operations>Order Operations

To reprint carrier labels, go to Order Operations screen.

Select the order to reprint label and click on the ‘(Re)Print Labels’ button.

If any existent label in the system for order, a pop-up will appear to preview or download the label.

You can not reprint the orders with shipped status from that screen. For that process, go to Shipment Order screen.

Select the order which you want to reprint then click on the ‘(Re)Print Labels’ button.

How Can I Set A Shipment Method to My Orders?

Screen Path: WMS>Operations>Order Operations

Screen Path: WMS>Order Management>Shipment Order

To set a shipment method to your orders, go to Order Operations screen.

In this screen, select the order then click the ‘Set Shipment Method, Get Rate and Create Labels as Batch’ button.

Select the Shipment Method from the list and click the ‘Set Shipment Method’ button.

For the other option to set a shipment method for your orders is in Shipment Order screen. Select your order then click the ‘Edit’ button. Fill the carrier and shipping option fields and click the save button. Your shipment method will be saved in for this order.

How Do I Edit An Order?

To edit an order, you need to go Shipment Order screen.

Click the order which you want to edit and click the ‘Edit’ button.

How Do I Create My Orders Manually?

Screen Path: WMS>Order Management>Shipment Order

To create an order, you need to go Shipment Order screen.

Click the new button then fill up the mandatory fields. The other optional fields can be filled if necessary for the process. Then click the save button.

After creating order, add products from ‘Shipment Order Detail’ tab. Click the new button then fill up the mandatory fields. The other optional fields can be filled if necessary for the process. Then click the save button.
