Logiwa WMS is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the finance team in a challenging, fast-paced environment. This position provides an opportunity for an established, broad-based Finance Manager to join a team that is reshaping how finance can support a rapidly evolving and growing business. As a Finance Manager leading these efforts, you will have an overarching view of the Logiwa WMS’s solutions portfolio as well as the journey toward SaaS/Subscription business for the partner organization. This role will partner across multiple functions including Finance, Operations, Customer Success leadership. This role will report to the CEO based in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong preference of having directly supported large enterprise sales organizations, or in support of a software/Saas business.
  • Develop and own the evolution of partner SaaS/Subscription metrics; i.e. ARR modeling by Route-to-Market, Net Retention Rate tracking and Consumption reports by partners.
  • Strong financial acumen including experience with cost, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving technology and business model trends.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and ability to think strategically.
  • Known for being intellectually curious and mentally agile.
  • Demonstrated the ability to manage/execute the details and also see the big picture.
  • Understanding of CRM tools – Hubspot and Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day partnership for your products across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Finance to drive best-in-class SaaS profitability.
  • Identify and drive cross-functional cost efficiencies including resource optimization, architectural improvements, and pricing recommendations.
  • Partner with Engineering to optimize timing and magnitude of new cloud investments. 
  • Drive prioritization of investments across SaaS and establish a path towards steady-state cost goals.
  • Partner with product management to support end-to-end product planning and long-term steady-state profitability strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer meetings to understand the customer’s business requirements and accurately configure the products to meet these requirements,
  • Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project and Excel,
  • Logiwa by continually motivating customers and ensuring project timelines are met,
  • Successfully manage multiple and simultaneous projects meeting concurrent deadlines by functioning as a liaison for customers, support team and the sales team,
  • Delight customers by completing their implementations successfully, on time and within budget

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Logistics, or similar fields a combination of experience and education/training equivalent to a four-year college degree,
  • 2-years of Engineering / Product Management within a SaaS( Service -as-a-Software) organization,
  • Previous experience in a role directly interacting with customers, preferably related to implementation or project management,
  • Ability to measure key warehouse management metrics, identify opportunities vs risks,
  • Project experience – Analysis, configuration, implementation, training, post support,
  • Prior experience in supply chain technology space especially warehouse management is plus,
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills,
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and work hands-on in a team environment,
  • Mobility within the States for an on-site visit.

  • Own and improve Logiwa’s demand generation engine, including marketing automation, SEO, content marketing, website, lead scoring, segmenting and nurturing to support a fast growing sales team,

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience,
  • Former SaaS Marketing experience is a must,
  • 12+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in a startup environment,
  • 6+ years of enterprise software experience (WMS, SCM,ERP, Accounting, CRM etc)
  • Track record in building successful B2B software marketing functions and teams,
  • SaaS industry experience, ideally with understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape,

Requirements

The starting base salary for this role ranges between $60.000 and $80.000, and an additional compensation ranges between $60.000 and $80.000. This will also include health insurance plus dental insurance and more.

Responsibilities

  • Run SaaS Product Demos in order to close new clients,
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead to Close,
  • Assist in finding prospects and leads,
  • Identify new sales opportunities,
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell,
  • Work in conjunction with our Sales Development, Marketing, and Technical teams to provide the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS organization as a Sales Account Executive,
  • BS or BA degree in business administration, sales, marketing or relevant field
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a big plus, 
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships,
  • This position is an inside sales role based in our Downtown Chicago office.
