Job Description

Logiwa is a Chicago-based B2B SaaS company with RD operations overseas. We provide cloud-based warehouse and inventory management (WMS) software for small-to-medium sized “New Age” B2C fulfillment businesses. As we are growing rapidly with double digit month/month growth, we are looking for highly motivated Implementation Consultants who would share our passion to scale this mountain with us!

We are backed by leading North American and European funds including Runway Ventures (NYC), Launch Capital(CT), Spider Capital (SF), Otimo Retail (Montreal), Revo Capital (Netherlands).

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional who has excellent communication and customer management skills and has the ability to manage entire implementation by leading project design sessions, understanding and analyzing customer business requirements, training customers and providing a go-live support – all within defined time frame of completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer meetings to understand the customer’s business requirements and accurately configure the products to meet these requirements
  • Lead customer meetings to educate, train, and advise customers on how to successfully implement Logiwa by continually motivating customers and ensuring project timelines are met
  • Successfully manage multiple and simultaneous projects meeting concurrent deadlines by functioning as a liaison for customers, support team and the sales team
  • Delight customers by completing their implementations successfully, on-time and within budget
  • Collaborate with project teams (internal and external) to deliver status updates, resolve project issues and design solutions
  • Quickly ramp-up on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful implementation of these features for customers
  • Provide go-live support, knowledge transfer, and documentation
  • Conduct project hand-off to Logiwa support team

Requirements

  • BS/BA or a combination of experience and education/training equivalent to a four-year college degree
  • 2-years of Engineering/Product Management within a SaaS organization
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Previous experience in a role directly interacting with customers, preferably related to implementation or project management
  • Prior experience in supply chain technology space is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and customer management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and work hands-on in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid understanding of Logiwa’s value proposition and translate that into written (lead nurturing emails) and verbal (outbound/inbound phone calls) communication with prospective clients
  • Execute inbound marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
  • Follow up with identified website visitors to deliver additional value to visitors and keep our company top of mind
  • Following best practices, including, but not limited to maintaining data in Hubspot, pipeline management, KPI tracking, etc.
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Maintain pipeline value and lead volumes to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
  • Manage PPC and PPL marketing channels, manage and supervise content writing contractors, paid search and SEO agencies
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Report on marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads and sales revenue generated
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field required
  • 5+ years of progressive business and marketing generalist experience
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
  • Experience in B2B, high-tech product/services
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management(HubSpot) and Content Management System software(HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
