Junior Software Implementation Specialist

Logiwa is a Chicago based leading cloud warehouse and inventory management software that focuses on the inventory management and order fulfillment needs of retail and e-commerce small businesses. Logiwa is looking for Warehouse and Inventory Management Junior Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in Chicago. This individual will need expertise in inventory and warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all new clients
  • Complete training sessions with new clients
  • Assist clients with configuration and troubleshooting during their implementation
  • Develop and maintain training processes and procedures
  • Provide accurate and timely status reporting for all customer engagements
  • Ensure all implementations are complete and on time

Required Skills and Experience:

  • BSc in Engineering degree, MBA is a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • The ability to work independently or with a team, resourceful and eager to learn
  • Expertise in multi-channel inventory environments such as eBay and Amazon
  • Good problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Results oriented
  • Expertise in software training is a strong plus
  • Experience with remote-based training tools such as WebEx, Goto Meeting, or Live Meeting, a plus
  • The ability to build customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Travel to customer sites as needed

SaaS Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with strong communication skills. As a SaaS Sales Development representative, your responsibilities include;

  • Build strong professional relationships throughout the Sales & Marketing organizations.
  • Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (i.e. search engine clicks, paid search clicks, marketing events, webinars)
  • Execute established daily cadence of prospecting and conversations to qualify leads and create new sales qualified leads
  • Collaborate with sales team in defined territories to penetrate targeted accounts with an innovative and strategic approach
  • Work closely with Sales Account Executive to communicate the requirements and needs of qualified leads.

Digital Marketing Manager

We are is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This role requires prior experience in digital marketing and lead generation, with a strong grasp of the principles of CRM, SEM, SEO, and Paid Social.

The ideal candidate should have strong background building and executing integrated marketing campaigns for B2B software, is results driven, thrives in a fast paced environment, is a strong strategic thinker, and is passionate for developing creative and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns in partnership with the rest of the marketing team.
  • Own the content marketing strategy and execution.
  • Plan, manage, and execute paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Continuously optimize all digital paid campaigns , including researching new placements and audiences for driving qualified leads into sales
  • Test and optimize landing pages and CTAs to improve conversions
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools to track and report on performance
  • Monitor digital marketing trends, best practices, and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales department to execute sales follow up on digital leads and gain feedback on quality
  • Review and execute on link building opportunities, such as review sites

Required Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing in a fast growth B2B technology company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment
  • Demonstrable ability to understand target prospect/customer personas, tailor messages for the particular marketing medium/format, with knowledge of best practices for doing so
  • Experience working with at a high growth B2B SaaS preferred
  • Experience working with advertiser network platforms (Paid Social and Adwords), Google Analytics and social/webmaster tools, and marketing automation
  • Experience with WordPress
